Drupal theme design and creation is at the core of my services. I have completed many custom themes from scratch and Drupal is one of the most powerful/flexible Open Source Content Management Systems. It's fun to work with too.

Recoding websites with CSS/(X)HTML is a good idea if you like the look of your site but would like it to load faster and be easier to update, not to mention more SEO friendly. You have more control over your site when everything is standards compliant and pure CSS/(X)HTML.
